Optical fiber continuous Laser welding machine working principle

It is mainly used for continuous operation of fiber laser to generate high-quality beam, which is used for rapid welding of thin-walled materials. Laser welding belongs to heat conduction type welding. The workpiece is heated by laser radiation, and the laser parameters are controlled to melt the workpiece to form a molten pool. The heat-affected zone has a small variation range and is deformed due to heat conduction. The whole machine is equipped with a CCD visual system, which can monitor the welding system and the welding process at any time.
